Horse Facilities:
Two large corrals, loafing shed, and round pen. Proof of a Coggins test is required. Hay is available. We also have limited trailer hook-ups. There is great horse-back riding in the nearby Lory State Park, the Poudre Canyon, and the Redfeather Lakes area.
Rates:
- Room and Breakfast: $95 per night (room accomodates 2 adults)
- Trailer hook-up and Breakfast: $45 per night (breakfast for 2)
- Trailer hook-up only: $30 per night
- Dinner: $12 per plate
- Additional Breakfast: $8 per plate
- Horse Boarding: $18 per horse, per night--feed your own hay
- $26 per horse, per night--includes feed of second cutting alfalfa
Reservations:
Reservations can be made by phone or email. Your reservation will be held for 7 days pending receipt of deposit.
Deposit:
In order to confirm your reservation, we require a deposit equal to 50% of the charge for your total stay. All balances are due in full at check-in. We accept cash and personal checks. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your reservation, we require notification 14 days prior to your arrival date. There is a $15 fee on all cancellations. No refund will be given if notification is received less than 14 days in advance unless the room is rebooked.
Pets:
We are unable to accommodate pets, except for your horses. We have two dogs and four cats!
Smoking:
No smoking is allowed in the house or barns.
